Blogger is soooooooooo merepek!

I decided to do a new blog as when i wanted to change the blogskin,it went wrong.it said sumthing which i don't understand and that made my sister grew angry.I did a blog name and then when i checked,it wasn't the one that my sister made for me.It is irritating as my sister is kindly trying to help me do t he blogskin.Now,i know that blogger now is quite merepek and that is because i cannot CHANGE THE TEMPLATE!!why?!Urgh!I checked my sister's username and saw it was different from this www.shiny-lipgloss.blogspot.com!OMG!I cannot stand it anymore!It toots!!!!
